fantastic stay!

I found the hotel location amazing. ALL rooms face the sea. It's rare! The rooms were kept very clean, and service was quick. The staff seemed helpful and very friendly to me. I would come again and i recommend it.

i notice elevators sometimes don't working properly, only sometimes.

soho square is a short ten minute walk from the resort. the proximity made it easy to explore local shops and enjoy dining out. the hotel's location allowed quick access to nearby attractions and services.

i found the italian restaurant satisfying with delicious food. the multiple bars at the hotel were convenient. they offered many choices of beverages with a unique vibe for relaxed evenings.

there were several pools available with varying depths for adults and children. the pools were very good and suitable for all ages. i appreciated having different pool options.

helpful staff friendly receptionist amazing view no water poor service no coffee

The staff were very helpful in every way. I found the location and amazing view to be a really nice addition to my stay (I spent most of my time at the beach). The receptionist was also friendly, it.

I found there was no water in the rooms. All other hotels put bottles in your room every day, and I could not find anything. There was no tea or coffee in the room. General service felt poor, I did not see any smiles or Egyptian hospitality.

convenient location colourful reef helpful staff beautiful view

the location is convenient near the airport and soho square. all restaurants are in one building. the hotel has a colourful coral reef with many fishes. the staff was helpful and the view was very nice.

the hotel could benefit from some upgrades and general maintenance
